Triggered by her own spiritual experiences, Lynn Russell went on a journey to study Near Death Experiences - 2,500 of them! Today, Lynn is a recognized NDE expert, and has collated her research into her new book: The Wonder of You: What the Near-Death Experience Tells You about Yourself.

Her research has uncovered messages about our lives, reality, and why we exist. This episode is a very insightful discussion with a truly beautiful person. I learned so much, and am sure you are going to get a lot of out of this episode too!

Lynn has researched under Dr. Jeffery Long at NDERF (Near-Death Experience Research Foundation) and also worked as a family counsellor.
